Shipping Partners

We use reliable courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery of all orders:

  • UPS

  • DPD

The selected courier depends on the product type, size, and delivery destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are typically processed the same working day

  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day

As part of our distribution model, certain products may be shipped directly from our UK or EU partner warehouses.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Mainland: 1–3 working days

  • European Union: 3–7 working days

  • Extended Lead-Time Items: 5–10 working days (or as confirmed at quotation stage)

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses.

  • You may receive multiple deliveries for a single order

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking information

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed in your quotation

  • Larger items (e.g. industrial printers, pallet shipments) may require a separate shipping quote

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number for your shipment

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made during standard business hours

  • A signature may be required upon delivery

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe receipt of goods

Delays & Liability

While we work with trusted logistics partners:

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, supplier delays, or external factors

  • We are not liable for delays outside of our control

  • No compensation is provided for late deliveries unless explicitly agreed in writing
